Stoi's Atelier specializes in bespoke couture fashion. Our products are crafted to order, following each client’s specific measurements and preferences. These terms govern your use of our website and services, including but not limited to custom garment orders, ready-to-wear items, and any communication with Stoi's Atelier.

2. Custom Orders

• All custom couture garments are made-to-order based on the client’s specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these items, all custom sales are final.

• Customers are required to provide accurate measurements and detailed preferences. Stoi's Atelier is not responsible for inaccuracies due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

• Once production has begun, no changes to the design or specifications can be made. Customers will be informed of the timeline for production, and completion dates may vary depending on the complexity of the design.

3. Ready-to-Wear Orders

• Ready-to-wear items are available for purchase on our website, subject to availability. If a ready-to-wear item is out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

• Ready-to-wear garments can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition, with all tags attached.

4. Pricing & Payments

• We accept payments via major credit cards and other approved payment methods listed at checkout. Payments must be made in full before production begins on any custom order.

• Any additional charges such as taxes, duties, or international shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be indicated during checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Stoi's Atelier offers both domestic and international shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the shipping method and destination.

• Once the product is shipped, customers will receive a tracking number. Stoi’s Atelier is not liable for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

• International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes that are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Alterations & Fit

• We are dedicated to providing garments that fit beautifully. For custom orders, we offer complimentary alterations if adjustments are needed after the garment is received. Alteration requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

• Any additional alterations beyond the initial complimentary adjustments may incur additional fees, depending on the complexity of the work required.

7. Intellectual Property

• All designs, sketches, content, and materials featured on Stoi's Atelier's website or in any marketing materials are the exclusive property of Stoi's Atelier.

• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any of Stoi’s Atelier’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Privacy Policy

• Stoi's Atelier respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected through our website, including name, email address, shipping address, and payment details, is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and providing customer support.

10. Cancellation Policy

• Custom orders may be canceled within 48 hours of confirmation. After this period, production will have begun, and no cancellations or refunds are allowed.

• Ready-to-wear orders can be canceled before the item has shipped. Once the item has been shipped, standard return policies will apply.

11. Force Majeure

Stoi's Atelier is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, labor disputes, governmental regulations, or acts of war.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of South Carolina. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the courts of State of South Carolina.

13. Changes to Terms

Stoi's Atelier reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes made.
