Due to the bespoke nature of our designs, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on custom-made orders. However, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our service and product.
Refunds & Alterations

• All sales are final once production has begun on your custom order.

• We offer complimentary alterations to ensure the perfect fit and finish. Any alteration requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your garment.

• Refunds are only available if production has not yet started on your custom piece or in the unlikely event of a major defect in materials or craftsmanship.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of confirmation. After this period, production will have commenced, and the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Ready-to-Wear Items

• Ready-to-wear items are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition with tags intact and have not been worn, altered, or washed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
