Domestic Shipping (within the U.S.)

• Standard Shipping: Complimentary on all orders over $500. Delivery within 5-7 business days once the order is completed and ready for dispatch.

• Expedited Shipping: Available upon request at an additional cost. Delivery within 2-3 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

• Standard International Shipping: Available for a flat rate, with delivery typically within 7-14 business days depending on the destination country.

• Duties & Taxes: International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are not included in the purchase price.

Custom Orders

• Since all couture pieces are made to order, shipping times vary depending on the complexity of the garment. Production times will be communicated at the time of order, and shipping will occur immediately after the completion of your piece.

Shipping Notification

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

• Please ensure that all shipping details provided are accurate to avoid delays or lost shipments. Stoi’s Atelier is not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses, customs processes, or carrier issues.

Packaging

• Each garment is meticulously packaged in custom luxury boxes to preserve the quality and elegance of your couture piece during shipping.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery notification. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
